Investigation Reports

Investigation reports are the completed reports from in-depth investigations and well thought out conclusions. Most include information on the synopsis of the incident, flight history, meteorological conditions, wreckage description & examination, pilot and passenger history, full analysis and findings as to causes and contributing factors. The full TSB reports are extremely comprehensive documents. Here are a few summaries of the most recent completed reports relevant to light aircraft safety.
